Write a complete PHD dissertation proposal or MS thesis proposal in residency for 15 days.

(1) Define and refine a topic with problem statement, background research and literature, and well-defined objectives, hypotheses or research questions;

(2) Choose and describe the proper research design and methods; (3) define and refine key proposal items like sample, design, instrumentation, data collection, statistics, timeline and budget.
